Ebony Wilkerson, the woman who drove her minivan into the Atlantic Ocean with her children inside has given birth to another child.
That news comes from the lawyer for Wilkerson's husband.
Prosecutors said Wilkerson planned to kill her children back in March when she drove her van into the rough surf back in March.
Wilkerson's family said she wanted to kill herself and the children because she was abused by her husband, Lutful Ronjon.
John Hager, the man representing Ronjon, would not say when Wilkerson gave birth, the gender of the child, or who is caring for the child.
Wilkerson faces three counts of attempted murder. Her lawyer is pursuing an insanity defense.
